Joel brings a wealth of experience in construction and property development, having successfully led a bridging business inherited from his late father in 2011. His hands-on understanding of the industry, combined with a passion for tailored financial solutions, led to the founding of Nextgen Funding Partners in January 2024. Joel is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships with developers and investors, ensuring innovative and personalized lending services that empower ambitious residential and development projects.

Raphael is a seasoned finance professional with a career spanning roles at Lambert Smith Hampton and Ironbridge Finance. As founder of Nextgen RE, he has a proven track record of structuring complex financing solutions across a variety of sectors, including office, retail, residential, and industrial. At Nextgen Funding Partners, Raphael oversees finance operations, leveraging his expertise in investment finance, development funding, and portfolio management to drive impactful outcomes for clients and investors.

Our short-term refurbishment loan products are available to property investors, landlords and developers who are looking to upgrade their investment assets with speed and minimum fuss.
